All items are sent with Australia Post, and packaged to the highest standard. 

Your item is insured during transit, for the full purchase price.

Post goes out on Mondays and Thursdays, unless other arrangements have been made.

Customized products are not eligible for return due to change of mind.  No refunds will be given for Custom Canes.  

In the unlikely event that "something goes wrong" with your masterpiece, it may be returned for repair.  No charges will be incurred for materials or labour.  Postage is to be paid (both ways) by the customer.
